Eco Organic Living Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes product returns or exchanges are necessary. Other times you may also require a refund. Eco Organic Livings Returns Policy is such that we will Exchange or Refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 14 days of the original shipment date (or 28 days for Remote Australia or Overseas deliveries), provided it falls within the terms and conditions of return/refund.
For Returns and Exchanges due to an Incorrect or Damaged Product, we require a written request from you via email to:
email@example.com outlining why you are requesting an exchange or refund, within 48 hours of you receiving your product/s. Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you via return email, to confirm we have received your request for Exchange or Refund. If approved, you will then be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
If we do not receive an email, we are not able to Authorise your Exchange or Refund.
The item(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain a Full Exchange or Refund (minus any postage or gift wrapping charges).
We will not refund or exchange returned item(s) unless we have provided written authorisation to do so. Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances.
Postage charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a Full Refund or Exchange at no cost to the customer.
Our Policy on Refunds due to Change of Mind, Delayed Shipments, or Items on Backorder:
We DO NOT Refund due to Change of Mind, Delayed Shipments, or for Items on Backorder without express written consent/approval. As such, individuals requesting a refund under these circumstances will need to make their request in writing via email.
Making a request due to these circumstances does not guarantee that your request will be approved, especially in terms of Change of Mind refund requests. In cases of Delayed Shipments and Items on Backorder, we generally prefer to provide some form of compensation, rather than refund/cancellation of orders. We will however look at each case individually and work with you for a positive outcome.
Finally, when returning an item/order, Eco Organic Living accepts no responsibility for packages lost in transit. As such, it is recommended that packages should be returned to us via a traceable method such as Express Post, or Registered Post.
